Zusammenfassung

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance professional to transform Record-to-Report processes for CFOs and finance teams. Lead workshops, define future-state designs, and drive end-to-end R2R across GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, and close.

You will coordinate across business, technology, data, testing, training, and offshore teams in a Global Delivery model, with travel as needed. Strong finance controls and reporting integrity are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of SAP Finance functional experience with strong SAP S/4HANA Finance and R2R focus.
• 2+ years hands-on experience across GL, Asset Accounting, Controlling, close, and related finance capabilities.
• 1+ year experience with AP/AR integration within R2R and at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP Finance implementations.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams across large SAP transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs, defining future-state processes and technology solutions.
• Lead workshops to assess challenges and translate requirements into SAP S/4HANA Finance designs.
• Design and configure end-to-end R2R across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, close.
• Drive standardization and optimization of journal processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Guide data conversion, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Provide leadership, coach junior staff, and contribute to SAP Finance assets and accelerators.
• Identify opportunities to apply GenAI to improve finance close, reconciliation, and controls.
