Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a leading global workforce solutions company, seeks a SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud lead to drive the Record-to-Report workstream for a finance transformation program. You will guide fit-to-standard workshops, define scope and delivery plans, and provide functional leadership across GL, AP, AR, and other finance domains.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in SAP Finance, S/4HANA Public Cloud experience, and SAP certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of SAP Finance experience including at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the R2R workstream for an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
• Translate finance transformation objectives into standardized, scalable processes and an executable delivery plan.
• Manage the R2R backlog and end-to-end execution across configuration, testing, cutover, and hyper care.
