Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation seeks an SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery from planning through adoption across the Business Systems portfolio. You will govern scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources while aligning process, data, and technology workstreams.

The role requires 7+ years in project management for large ERP implementations, with strong governance, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities. This is a remote U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management delivering large ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong governance, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall SAP S/4HANA program plan including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource management.
• Lead integrated planning across process, technology, change management, data, and testing workstreams.
• Manage SAP implementation partners and internal teams to ensure governance and standards.
• Coordinate business process alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and other domains.
• Drive issue resolution, risk identification, mitigation strategies, and leadership escalations.
• Ensure business readiness by collaborating with OCM, training, and readiness teams.
• Lead and coordinate workshops with key resources.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, performance testing, and cutover validation for quality and traceability.
• Lead cutover planning and execution for smooth transition into SAP S/4HANA.
• Track and report program progress, KPIs, and deliverables to leadership.
• Ensure alignment with related digital programs like IBP, MES, PLM, QMS, CRM, and PPM.
• Business travel as needed

SAP S/4HANA Project Manager – Remote U.S.

As a member of the Business Systems team, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation initiatives across the Business Systems transformation portfolio.

This role ensures successful execution of program planning, delivery, testing, training, deployment, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA solutions across sites and functions. The SAP S/4HANA Project Manager drives governance, cross-functional alignment, and risk mitigation to ensure predictable outcomes and sustained business value.

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary Range: $136,700 - $182,300 plus bonus opportunity

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• Strong program management skills including planning, governance, scheduling, and coordination
• Experience managing SAP Activate methodology and full S/4HANA lifecycle
• Understanding of SAP functional domains such as FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, PM, and IBP
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence capabilities
• Experience working in matrixed and complex manufacturing environments
• Experience leading and developing teams in a transformation environment
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAP Activate certification preferred
• Experience working in Aerospace and Defense preferred
