Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP initiatives from a remote U.S. location.

You will manage program scope, schedule, budget, and risk while coordinating process, technology, and change management workstreams with cross-functional leaders. You will drive governance, ensure compliance with standards, and partner with SAP and internal teams to achieve successful cutovers, testing, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management delivering large-scale ERP implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science or a related field.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and full S/4HANA lifecycle.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall SAP S/4HANA program plan including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource management.
• Lead integrated planning across process, technology, change management, data, and testing workstreams.
• Manage SAP implementation partners, internal teams, and functional leaders to ensure execution follows standards and governance.
• Coordinate business process alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and other domains.
• Drive issue resolution, risk identification, mitigation strategies, and leadership escalations.
• Ensure business readiness by collaborating with OCM, training, and readiness teams.
• Lead and coordinate all workshops with key resources.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, performance testing, and cutover validation for quality and traceability.
• Lead cutover planning and execution for a smooth transition into SAP S/4HANA.
• Track and report program progress, KPIs, and deliverables to leadership.
• Ensure alignment with related digital programs such as IBP, MES, PLM, QMS, CRM, and PPM.
• Business travel as needed.
