Responsibilities

• Manage the overall transition from ECC to SAP S/4HANA, including project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned delivery of modernization activities.
• Guide solution design and project decisions to support clean‑core principles, automation, and data integrity.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and impacts throughout the migration.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines to keep modernization efforts on track.
• Oversee readiness assessments, fit‑gap analyses, and process improvement opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder communication to provide clear updates on progress, issues, and decisions.
• Support data migration planning, validation, and cutover execution.
• Oversee testing cycles and defect resolution to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security standards, and federal financial compliance.
• Support organizational change management, including training and user readiness.
• Lead cutover planning and post‑go‑live stabilization to ensure a smooth transition.
• Help ensure the modernized system improves automation, accuracy, transparency, and mission effectiveness.
