Job summary

Talent Software Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA LSP consultant to lead or support end-to-end implementations in a pharmaceutical logistics context.

The role offers Indianapolis/Remote work for a 6-month engagement, starting 12-Oct-2026, with 10+ years of SAP experience. You will design, configure, and optimize S/4HANA processes for 3PL integration, ensure compliant material movement, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Regulatory and IT to map processes and deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP S/4HANA LSP implementation experience.
• Strong 3PL integration and SCM Inventory Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Design, configure, and optimize S/4HANA processes for 3PL integration.
• Ensure compliant material movement across the supply chain.
• Validate solutions according to pharmaceutical quality and documentation standards.
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training.
• Develop system configuration documentation, SOPs, and process flows.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement continuous improvements and enhancements.
• Map business processes and communicate technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics for goods movement, inventory, and compliance metrics.
• Draft and execute test scripts; conduct UAT.
