Job summary

Dycom Industries is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to bridge accounting, finance, and SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will collaborate with operating company stakeholders and the Deloitte partner to design, build, and test modules, while translating technical issues into business impact.

The role requires Big 4 background, strong accounting acumen, and the ability to train end users, manage multiple workstreams, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• 2–4 years at a Big 4 or similar firm in audit/advisory/ITGC or systems implementation.
• Strong accounting/financial acumen with ability to bridge technical and financial concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Operating Companies and Deloitte during SAP S/4HANA design, build, and testing phases.
• Triage, track, and help resolve system defects; translate technical issues into business impact.
