Dycom Industries seeks a Business Process Analyst to help roll out SAP S/4HANA across operating companies. This role blends accounting/finance with systems work, requiring strong analytical ability and the maturity to collaborate with stakeholders and Deloitte as implementation partner.

Preferred candidates have Big 4 experience and can translate technical concepts into business impact, while training users and ensuring controls are maintained throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-2 years at a Big 4 firm in accounting, advisory, ITGC, or systems implementation.
• Strong accounting and financial acumen; able to bridge technical and financial concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Operating Companies and Deloitte during SAP S/4HANA design, build, and testing.
• Triage, track, and resolve system defects; translate technical issues to business impact.
• Support end-user training and create/review training materials.
• Perform data reconciliation between legacy and S/4HANA systems to validate conversions.
• Learn SAP SD functionality for Operating Company processes.
• Ensure new processes align with proper accounting treatment and controls.
• Document processes, defects, and decisions for technical and executive audiences.
• Identify control gaps or ITGC risks during implementation.
