Job Title: SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant – Advanced Intercompany Processing

Location: Florida, Remote

Job Type: Full-time | Contract

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with expertise in Advanced Intercompany Processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance and Controlling, with a proven record in designing, configuring, and optimizing intercompany transactions across global business units using S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules focusing on Intercompany Accounting, Billing, and Profit Center Accounting.
2. Design and configure intercompany workflows including automatic postings, eliminations, and reconciliation processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as SD, MM, and Logistics for seamless integration.
4. Conduct workshops and business process discussions to gather requirements and develop system solutions.
5. Manage testing, training, cutover planning, and post-go-live support for FICO processes.
6. Analyze and resolve complex reconciliation and reporting issues related to intercompany transactions.
7. Coordinate with central finance and reporting teams to ensure accurate consolidation and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.

Requirements

1. Minimum 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
2. Hands-on experience in Intercompany Accounting, Cross-Company Code Transactions, and Document Splitting.
3. Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CCA, PCA, COPA).
4. Expertise in Advanced Intercompany Matching and Elimination within S/4HANA or Central Finance environments.
5. Familiarity with S/4HANA Group Reporting and SAP ICMR is a plus.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems; Master’s preferred.
8. SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with multinational clients and global rollouts.
2. Understanding of integration with SD, MM, and Treasury modules.
3. Exposure to Group Reporting, Parallel Ledgers, and Multi-GAAP scenarios.
