Job summary

Genpact LLC seeks an experienced Architect to own the end-to-end SAP and enterprise architecture for rollout programs, spanning SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and integration platforms. You will define target architectures and govern end-to-end processes, data flows, and security across multiple systems.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, hands-on design leadership, and collaboration with business, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Typically, Relevant years of enterprise application / SAP experience including architecture responsibility.
• Strong experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect or SAP Transformation Architect on large-scale programs.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
• Experience with at least one major global SAP rollout or multi-country deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end enterprise and solution architecture for SAP rollout programs across business functions, applications, integrations, data, security, and infrastructure.
• Define the target architecture covering SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, middleware/integration platforms, SaaS applications, legacy systems, and external platforms.
• Lead architecture for S/4HANA Greenfield implementations, Brownfield/system conversions, and global rollout programs.
• Design and govern SAP–Salesforce integration, including business process orchestration, master/transactional data flows, APIs, events, interfaces, and exception handling.
• Define integration architecture using platforms such as SAP Integration Suite/CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, PI/PO, API Management, event-driven integration, REST/OData APIs, IDocs and other middleware technologies.
