Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager Cutover Lead to drive the transition to a single SAP S/4HANA environment.

You will plan cutover timelines, manage interdependencies, and coordinate cross-workstream activities to ensure successful go-lives across waves. The role requires 10+ years SAP IT project experience, 5+ years SAP cutover, and willingness to travel up to 50%, with a hybrid office schedule in Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS or equivalent.
• 10+ years SAP IT project experience.
• 5+ years SAP cutover implementations.
• PMI PMP and/or CSM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track cutover timelines, resources, milestones and deliverables.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables for cutover goals with senior management.
• Develop and manage full-scale project cutover plans and communications documents.
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct project cutover closing and document lessons learned.
• Identify and manage cutover dependencies and risk.
• Coordinate efforts of project teams and contractors to ensure accountability.
• Build and grow business relationships vital to program success.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
