Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an SAP Commodity Solutions Manager to lead transformation programs for commodity-intensive clients. You will drive SAP-enabled process design across trading, logistics, inventory, and settlements, translating business needs into SAP solutions and delivering measurable improvements.

The role focuses on leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and delivering executive-ready analyses and materials across global engagements. 75% travel is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6–8 years of SAP Commodity Solutions or commodity trading platform experience.
• Understanding of S4 O2C, P2P, RTR integration areas.
• Experience leading workstreams across the commodities trade lifecycle.
• At least 2 end-to-end S4 Implementations, preferable Oil & Gas or Agri.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Commodity Solutions workstreams across the trade lifecycle.
• Advise on SAP-enabled process design across trading, logistics, inventory, finance and settlement.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment and improvement activities.
• Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and support margin improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and lead a global engagement team.
