Job summary

Deloitte’s Enterprise Operations & Risk practice seeks an SAP Commodity Solutions Manager to modernize trading, logistics, settlement, and risk operations via SAP-enabled transformations. Lead across the commodity trade lifecycle, translate business needs into SAP solutions, and drive measurable value for commodity-intensive clients.

The role requires strong leadership, client management, and the ability to travel up to 75% while delivering executive-ready materials and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, finance, economics, or related field.
• 6–8 years implementing SAP Commodity Solutions or commodity trading platforms.
• Good understanding of S4 O2C, P2P, RTR.
• Experience leading end-to-end S4 implementations (2+).
• Willingness to travel ~75%.
• Ability to translate requirements into SAP-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Commodity Solutions workstreams across the commodity trade lifecycle.
• Advise clients on SAP-enabled process design across trading, logistics, inventory, finance, and settlement operations.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design & build, testing, deployment, and process improvement activities.
• Develop executive-ready deliverables and mentorship for junior team members.
• Lead a global team for large engagements and maintain client relations.
