Job summary

WCL Group in Plano, TX seeks a systems support professional to monitor logs and troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA interface errors for online orders. You will support eCommerce process improvement initiatives and coordinate cross-functional project planning with HQ, Engineering, operations, and vendors.

Present and evangelize redesigned processes across the organization. The role requires 2–5 years of SAP S/4HANA experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP S/4HANA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences and Technology strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements.
• Microsoft Office expert/advanced.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily system logs and troubleshoot interface errors for online orders within SAP S/4HANA.
• Support eCommerce process improvement projects through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvements.
• Distill vision and strategy for the team and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Assist in project planning and coordination, including scheduling and defining roles.
• Collaborate with HQ, Engineering, operations, and vendors as needed.
• Present re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization.
