Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a S4 Supply Chain Planning Analyst to leverage data analytics for improved S4 planning processes, optimize inventory, and support decision-making across the supply chain network.

You will develop SAP S/4HANA reports and dashboards, collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics, and apply advanced analytics techniques to optimize planning and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain analytics or planning analytics.
• 2+ years transforming SAP S/4HANA data into insights using SAC, Fiori, Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, and visualization tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into insights.
• Proven experience in supply chain processes and MRP concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of supply planning and inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA reporting solutions for supply planning and inventory management.
• Design and enhance S/4 dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytical reports for planning, operations and leadership.
• Develop S4 based reporting to support supply planning and execution.
• Create analytics dashboards and reports to support decision-making in supply planning.
• Analyze supply planning data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to align analytics with business objectives.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to optimize supply planning processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and process enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Support AI initiatives and implementation roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate data quality risks that could cause MRP failures.
• Provide ongoing training to stakeholders on analytics practices and tools.
• Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions.
