Job summary

Experis is seeking a SAP S/4 HANA SD/OTC Consultant to join a project-focused team in Dallas, TX. You will lead SAP Public Cloud implementations and drive Quote-to-Cash and Sales & Distribution processes with strong configuration oversight.

The role demands at least four years of SAP S/4HANA experience, three full lifecycle implementations, and excellent client communication. Excellent cross-functional collaboration is expected in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of SAP S/4HANA experience with at least three full lifecycle implementations (SD/LE).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client relationship skills.
• Strong SAP configuration skills and SAP Activate experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP processes: Contracts, Order Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Public Cloud implementation efforts and ensure seamless integration.
• Design and oversee Quote-to-Cash and Sales & Distribution processes with data governance.
• Apply Advanced Variant Configuration to optimize system functionality.
• Oversee manufacturing, quality, and procurement design with cross-functional decisions.
• Lead R2R and GL fit-to-standard design, configuration oversight, and reporting.

As a SAP H4 Consultant, you will be part of the SAP Implementation Support team, contributing to critical projects that drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 85 -90

What's the Job?

• Lead SAP Public Cloud Implementation efforts, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
• Design and oversee Quote-to-Cash and Sales and Distribution processes, coordinating customer, material, pricing, configuration, testing, and master-data requirements.
• Utilize SAP Advanced Variant Configuration skills to optimize system functionality and user experience.
• Manage integrated manufacturing, quality, and procurement design, making cross-functional decisions and ensuring configuration oversight.
• Lead Record-to-Report and General Ledger fit-to-standard design, configuration oversight, financial close, and reporting decisions, aligning stakeholders throughout the process.

What's Needed?

• Minimum four years of experience focused on SAP S/4 HANA, including at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations in sales and logistics execution (SD and LE).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships.
• Outstanding SAP configuration skills along with SAP Activate experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP business processes such as Contracts, Order Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Shipments, and Billing.
