Job summary

Bravo Technical Resources Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within a supply chain environment.

You will partner with C-suite executives and senior leaders to drive programs forward, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery across business and technology objectives. The role requires hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, and Jira, along with a strong functional understanding of supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks, manage competing priorities, and escalate where necessary.

• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, status reports, and risk logs.
• Leverage Power BI to monitor KPIs, track program performance, and provide data-driven insights.
• Utilize Jira to manage project tracking, workflows, and issue resolution.
• Ensure technology initiatives support supply chain processes and organizational goals.
• Provide regular executive updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Establish governance and communication plans promoting transparency and accountability.

Position Overview REQUIRED: 4 DAYS ONSITE in SOUTHEAST DALLAS We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives and cross-functional programs within a supply chain environment. This individual will partner closely with C-suite executives, senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and third-party implementation partners to drive projects forward, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery of business and technology objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with technical knowledge of SAP, S/4HANA, Power BI, and Jira, along with a functional understanding of supply chain operations. This role requires a proactive, business-facing leader who can influence stakeholders, manage external partners, and maintain momentum across complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership to establish priorities, drive strategic initiatives, facilitate decision-making, and maintain project momentum.
• Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks, manage competing priorities, and upscale issues requiring executive intervention.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and external consulting teams to ensure accountability for scope, timelines, deliverables, and program outcomes.
• Coordinate internal business, IT, and supply chain teams with external partners to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive execution.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, status reports, and risk and issue logs.
• Leverage Power BI and other reporting tools to monitor KPIs, track program performance, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Utilize Jira to manage project tracking, workflows, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure technology initiatives support supply chain business processes, operational efficiency, and broader organizational goals.
• Provide regular executive-level updates on program progress, risks, dependencies, resource needs, and key decisions.
• Establish governance practices and communication plans that promote transparency, accountability, and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and external service providers, including oversight of deliverables, timelines, and performance.
• Strong technical understanding of SAP and SAP S/4HANA, including implementations, enhancements, migrations, or enterprise system initiatives.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards, KPI reporting, and program performance tracking.
• Proficiency with Jira for project management, workflow tracking, issue management, and team coordination.
• Functional understanding of supply chain operations, processes, and business workflows.
