Job description

Overview

Centurion is hiring an SAP S/4 HANA Agile Scrum Master for one of our federal government programs. This position is open to US Citizens that hold an Active Secret Clearance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee one cross functional agile team’s development activities in support of the transition from multiple legacy SAP ECC instances to a streamlined S/4HANA transactional core, complemented by an Appian-based engagement layer and MuleSoft integration.
• Facilitate and guide the software development product owner, team, and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles, with a focus on improving team effectiveness.
• Lead discussions, work planning, and decision making; assist in mediation of conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• SAFe Certification required.
• Background in Appian integrations, SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations preferred.
• Daily responsibilities include SAFe / Agile Scrum Master activities on an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
