Cengage Group seeks a Technical Product Owner with deep SAP RTR/RAR expertise to oversee our enterprise financial systems and align them with our ERP roadmap. You will translate business needs into scalable technical specs and drive governance across multi‑quarter roadmaps.

Ideal candidates bring 10–12 years in SAP RTR/RAR, strong SAP S/4HANA Finance skills, and a track record of delivering compliant, auditable financial processes with agile teams.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years' experience as Technical PO, BA, or functional lead for SAP RTR/RAR.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise including FI/CO, RAR and close processes.
• Experience aligning with finance process standards, accounting policies, and SAP guidelines.
• Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing system, process, and data issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive RTR/RAR strategy, standards and requirements.
• Lead the RTR/RAR product roadmap and governance.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality SAP finance improvements.
• Lead Agile execution with IT and partners.
• Optimize end-to-end RTR & RAR workflows.
• Improve integrations and data continuity.
• Stay ahead of SAP and finance technology trends.
