Join us at EY as a SAP - Quality Management - QM - Senior - Consulting professional. We focus on leveraging SAP technology to improve client operations through our SAP service line capabilities, including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype SAP QM solutions, leading functional discussions.
• Conduct system demonstrations, highlight standard capabilities, and identify client-specific needs.
• Translate business needs into system configurations, develop functional specifications, and interface with developers.
• Perform data mapping, demonstrate new features, and support testing activities.
• Create training materials and deliver end-user or 'train the trainer' sessions.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate across teams on system integration points.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years working with SAP ERP systems, focusing on Quality Management modules.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

Preferred Skills

• Consulting experience or deep functional expertise.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with full cycle implementations of core modules.
