Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements to design SAP solutions for the procure-to-pay process.
Configure SAP modules (e.g., MM, S/4HANA) to meet business needs.
Create functional specifications, design test models and document solutions.
Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; provide ongoing support.
Lead or support project phases including requirements gathering and design.
Develop and deliver user training; create and maintain functional documentation.
Identify and recommend enhancements to existing business processes.

Skills

Strong functional knowledge of SAP P2P processes and SAP MM module

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori

Understanding of cross-module integrations (FI, SD, CO)

Experience with SAP Ariba

Overview

An SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Functional Consultant designs, configures, and supports SAP systems for procurement and payment processes. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, creating functional designs, configuring SAP modules such as MM, troubleshooting issues, and training users. The role requires strong SAP expertise, business analysis skills, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication to ensure smooth integration of P2P processes across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements to design SAP solutions for the procure-to-pay process.
System Configuration: Configure SAP modules (e.g., MM, S/4HANA) and Fiori apps to meet business needs.
Solution Design: Create functional specifications, design test models and scripts, and document solutions.
Testing & Support: Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT); provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Project Management: Lead or support project phases including requirements gathering, design, build, and testing.
Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver user training; create and maintain functional documentation.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to existing business processes and systems.

Technical Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori (required).
