Job summary

NationMind LLC is hiring an SAP PS Consultant to join our Nashwauk, MN team. You will bring 8–12 years of SAP PS experience, with deep expertise in WBS design, project planning, budgeting, and revenue recognition, including S/4HANA Public Cloud familiarity.

Responsibilities include configuring SAP PS, collaborating with clients, and supporting project delivery across agile and waterfall methods. Experience with IMG, data migration, and MM/TM/FI integrations is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and SAP PS knowledge.
• 8–12 years hands-on SAP PS ERP experience (S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong WBS design, project planning, budgeting, and revenue recognition.

Role: SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant. Location: Nashwauk, MN 55769. Duration: 12 Months.

Key Skills & Expertise

• PS Module Expertise
  • 8-12 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) in PS module
  • Deep expertise in work breakdown structure (WBS) design and project hierarchies
  • Strong experience in project planning including scheduling, milestone management, and network planning
  • Proficiency in project budgeting, budget control, and variance analysis
  • Hands-on experience with resource planning and resource management
  • Solid understanding of project billing, revenue recognition, and billing rules configuration
  • Knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and earned value analysis
  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (2+ projects preferred)
  • Understanding of project management capabilities in SAP S/4HANA cloud environment
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate Framework and cloud deployment methodologies
  • Knowledge of project analytics and real-time project monitoring capabilities in cloud
• Technical & Functional Skills
  • Proficiency in SAP IMG (Implementation Guide) and Customizing for project systems modules
  • Experience with project master data migration and WBS structure design
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns with materials management, time management, and financial systems
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools, defect management, and process documentation
• Business Acumen & Consulting Skills
  • Strong understanding of project management and project accounting business processes across industries
  • Excellent ability to translate project requirements into technical project management solutions
  • Experience leading project management requirements workshops and change management
  • Proven ability to work in agile and waterfall project methodologies

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related discipline
