Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks an accomplished IT/SAP Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and cloud migration programs.

This role requires 10+ years in IT/SAP PM with 3–5 years guiding S/4HANA migrations and RISE with SAP initiatives into private/hyperscale clouds. You will apply SAP Activate, ASAP, Brownfield/Greenfield paths and work across global, cross-functional teams while communicating at executive levels and managing crisis scenarios

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT/SAP PM with 3–5 years leading large SAP S/4HANA and cloud migration programs.
• Proven track record managing at least one full lifecycle RISE with SAP migration to private/hyperscale cloud.
• Deep proficiency in SAP Activate, ASAP, and S/4HANA transition paths (Brownfield/Greenfield).
• Understanding of SAP BTP, Central Finance, integration landscapes, and custom code remediation.

Job description

• Experience: 10+ years of total IT/SAP Project or Program Management experience, with at least 3–5 years specifically leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and cloud migration programs.
• RISE Expertise: Proven track record managing at least one full lifecycle RISE with SAP migration project into a private/hyperscale cloud framework.
• Methodologies: Deep proficiency in SAP Activate methodology, ASAP framework, and standard S/4HANA transition paths (Brownfield/Greenfield).
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), Central Finance (CFIN), system integration landscapes, and custom code remediation processes.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional executive communication, crisis/recovery management capabilities, and global cross-functional team leadership
