Job summary

ArchLynk, a SAP Digital Supply Chain specialist and trusted SAP Gold Partner, seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to drive large-scale SAP solutions across Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Planning, and Global Trade. You will lead cross-functional teams, align scopes with client objectives, and steward projects from inception to delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP project management, PMP/PRINCE2, and strong leadership with experience in vendor and client management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP project management experience within the Supply Chain industry, including leading complex and global projects within GTS, IBP, TM, or EWM modules.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a must.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile SAP project implementation methodologies.
• Hands‑on proficiency with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), MS Project, Azure, Jira, and other project management tools.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in vendor and client management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP-related Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Planning, and/or Global Trade projects, with a variety of scales and durations.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
• Manage high-performing project teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Contribute to PMO best practices.

In accordance with pay transparency laws in the United States, we are committed to providing salary information to ensure fairness and equity in our hiring process. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000USD per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for benefits such as performance‑based incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks. Compensation decisions are made based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and internal equity.
