Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager, to join their Melbourne based team on an initial 6-month contract, to lead and oversee a significant project.

This is a hands-on role, where you are required to work across the entire project lifecycle, from inception through to delivery, ensuring a significant project is delivered on time and to budget.

Working closely with the project team and the business, you will be required to build and maintain solid working relationships at all levels of the business, where you are able to effectively negotiate, manage Senior stakeholders, vendors and hit the ground running in a busy project environment.

Skills and experience required:

1. Strong Project Management experience, in large, scale complex environments
2. Strong SAP Project Management skills
3. Proven experience working across large scale SAP and IT projects
4. Extensive experience with Salesforce, SAP, Azure, HANA (beneficial)
5. End to end Project Management experience across multiple SAP implementations
6. Ability to challenge, influence and lead teams throughout the business
7. Experience in delivering business lead projects and SAP projects
8. Understanding of end-to-end business processes
9. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the business
10. Strong Stakeholder and Vendor Management
11. Change Management experience
12. Understanding of multiple project management methodologies

The ideal candidate will have extensive SAP Project Management experience, with a proven background in successfully delivering multiple implementations, where you can ‘hit the ground running’.
