Syntax seeks a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP projects, ensuring alignment to scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of SAP implementation projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and delivery approach in alignment with client and business goals.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and provide direction to support timely, high-quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including client leadership and sponsors.
• Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly and consistently.
• Proactively identify scope changes and coordinate impact assessments related to budget, timeline, and resources.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actuals against estimates.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation and contingency plans as needed.
• Escalate issues promptly and drive resolution to minimize project impact.

• Coach and support team members to foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
