Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Program Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales/delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions and workshops.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified SAP Program Manager with Life Sciences industry background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex programs ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Supervise the planning implementation and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams to ensure successful delivery of program outcomes.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules including all administrative tasks and sites involved.
• Supervise and report on program progress identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure programs are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with customers to define program requirements and work.
• Implement standard processes and tools for program execution and management.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Program Management to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Apply domain expertise in Research and Development to drive innovation and product development.
• Leverage knowledge in Finance & Accounting to manage program budgets and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in SAP Program Management, including implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Consistent track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
• Able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Success reporting SAP delivery metrics for SAP support projects and client management.
• Shown success managing a global onsite-offshore model.
• Experience in leading a team of SAP consultants for a Life Sciences client.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP).

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

The annual salary for this position is between $156,500 – $212,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
