The Opportunity

As a SAP PRA Manager, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, analyzing business models and translating requirements into technical specifications to ensure system architecture aligns with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Experience leading SAP PRA module implementations in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong client engagement and requirements gathering skills.
• Expertise in SAP PRA functionalities, including division order, production accounting, and compliance.
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Stay current with industry trends and SAP updates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 4-6 years of SAP consulting experience, focusing on PRA in the IS-OIL industry.
• Proven project delivery success in Oil & Gas.
• Understanding of revenue accounting, production reporting, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 60+%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications in Financial Accounting or related modules.
• Experience with multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Additional SAP finance certifications and industry experience.
