Job summary

EY’s SAP-focused Agile Business Transformation practice leverages SAP tooling to align business needs with technology, processes, and strategy. The Technology Business Analyst Manager will bridge business requirements and technical design, shaping solutions through SAP capabilities and project governance.

You will lead SAP Controlling and Product Costing initiatives, manage teams, ensure risks are controlled, and travel up to 80% for client work in a hybrid, US-wide delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of SAP Controlling experience with Product Costing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams with hybrid delivery.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting and Product Costing practices.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO, PP or MM modules and related integrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional SAP specifications.
• Align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Lead delivery streams and supervise project teams.
• Maintain billable client charging and manage project risks.
• Travel up to 80% as needed.
