Your Role

As a Technology Business Analyst Manager, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions. Your responsibilities include analyzing business models, capturing requirements, and ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
• Drive process improvement and innovation.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You will work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, and translate needs into functional designs, including configuration and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen.
• Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design.
• Ability to deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively.
• Build relationships with client personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience.
• At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module and procurement, inventory, invoice processing processes.
• Knowledge of cross-functional processes is an advantage.
• Led Procure to Pay workstream and solution design workshops.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Research ability on client inquiries, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with 3+ full lifecycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay and SAP S/4HANA.
