Join our team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, bridging business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes to capture requirements and ensure system architecture aligns with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Drive process improvement and innovation.
• Manage and oversee teams to achieve technical initiatives.
• Maintain billable client engagement, lead delivery, manage projects, and engage with clients. Travel may be required.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You will work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design. Liaising with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions is essential.

• Deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen.
• Experience leading SAP projects and workstreams.
• Requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, configuration, testing, documentation, and functional design.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of related experience.
• At least 3 full SAP implementation cycles, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing.
• Cross-functional knowledge (Sales, Distribution, Production Planning, Accounts Payable) is a plus.
• Led Procure to Pay workstream, solution design workshops, and proof of concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with 3+ full SAP lifecycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay, including SAP S/4HANA.
