Your Key Responsibilities

As a Manager in Technology Business Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Your responsibilities include process improvement, innovation, overseeing teams, maintaining billable client hours, leading delivery streams, managing projects, and engaging with clients. Travel may be required.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You will work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and configuration of SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Deep technical skills and strong business acumen
• Experience leading SAP projects and workstreams
• Requirement gathering, solution architecture, testing, documentation
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks
• Build relationships with clients

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience
• At least 3 full SAP implementation cycles, including SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory, Invoice Processing
• Knowledge of cross-functional processes (Sales, Production, Accounts Payable)
• Led Procure-to-Pay workstream, solution design workshops, proof of concepts
• Strong communication skills
• Research ability on client inquiries, regulations, industry practices
• Willingness to travel (up to 80%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting industry experience
• SAP certifications
• Experience with 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations focusing on Procure to Pay, including SAP S/4HANA
