Global Business Ser. 4u seeks a SAP GPA Consultant for Gas Plant Accounting PRA workstream in Houston, TX, with a 12-month duration and 25% onsite work.

The consultant will drive User Stories, configure SAP functionality, and deliver tests and documentation. Responsibilities include creating FDDs, collaborating with SAP teams, creating synthetic test data, performing unit testing for SAP configurations and WRICEF developments, and sharing results with Exxon teams.

Qualifications

• Execute SAP GPA configuration work across PRA gas plant accounting workstreams.
• Create, review and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and testing artifacts.
• Collaborate with SAP development teams to clarify FDD requirements and ensure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute User Stories with pre-work for in-scope features and plan work in PI cycles.
• Configure standard SAP functionality and extensions, and document configuration rationale.
• Develop synthetic test data, perform Functional Unit Testing for SAP configuration and WRICEF work.
• Share testing results with Exxon teams and transfer knowledge to Exxon functional teams.
• Coordinate PRA and GPA data readiness for SAP Integration Testing and UAT, and support build/realization phases.
• Utilize AI tools such as J4C and EKX to improve delivery efficiency.

SAP GPA Consultant - Gas Plant Accounting

PRA - Production and Revenue Accounting

Location: Houston, TX – 25% onsite

Duration: 12 months

Role Description

The consultant will support the client PRA workstream by executing User Stories and delivering configuration, testing, and documentation activities across planned Program Increments (PI).

• Execute User Stories, including all required pre-work, for in-scope Features
• Configuration rationale documentation
• Functional Design Documents (FDDs) according to agreed timelines
• Collaborate closely with SAP development teams to clarify and finalize FDD requirements
• Configure standard SAP functionality and approved extensions in SAP systems
• Create synthetic test data for functional unit testing in Sandbox and Development environments
• Perform Functional Unit Testing For SAP configuration
• Perform Functional Unit Testing For WRICEF developments
• Share testing results with Exxon teams for review and confirmation
• Transfer knowledge to Exxon functional teams
• Coordinate with Exxon teams to ensure PRA and GPA data readiness for:
  • SAP Integration Testing
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support activities during the build/realization phase
• Utilize AI tools such as J4C and EKX to improve delivery efficiency
