Job summary

Infosys Life Sciences unit seeks a seasoned Package Consultant 3 to drive SAP S/4HANA PP/QM implementations, ensuring GMP/GxP compliance and regulatory alignment. You will lead architecture, integration, data migration, and validation activities across pharma projects.

Strong client-facing skills and a background in ERP customization, UI/UX with SAP Fiori, and cross-module integration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• SAP experience with a focus on PP and QM modules.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in life sciences.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Experience in process and discrete manufacturing, batch management, quality inspections, deviation management.
• AMS ServiceNow and Change Management in support projects.
• SAP Fiori apps and modern UI/UX in S/4HANA.
• SAP PP/QM workstream in S/4HANA transformation within regulated pharma.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on production planning, shop floor execution, and quality management.
• Review/validate functional and technical designs for industry best practices and compliance.
• Recommend scalable SAP solutions supporting GMP manufacturing and quality processes.
• Ensure integration with MM, WM, PM, SD and third-party systems (LIMS, MES).
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation and audit readiness.

• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Required Skill And Experience

• SAP experience with a focus on PP and QM modules.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations on SAP S/4HANA, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
• Experience in process and discrete manufacturing, batch management, quality inspections, and deviation management.
• Experience in Support Projects with AMS (Application Management Service) ServiceNow and Change Management.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps and modern UI/UX in S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP PP/QM workstream in S/4HANA transformation projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements related to production planning, shop floor execution, and quality management.
• Review and validate functional and technical solution designs, ensuring alignment with industry’s best practices and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Recommend optimized, scalable SAP solutions that support GMP-compliant manufacturing and quality processes.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, WM, PM, SD) and third-party systems (e.g., LIMS, MES).
• Support validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and audit readiness.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $114000 to $167000

In Washington, DC : $106000 to $147500
