Job summary

Rialtes Technologies seeks an experienced SAP PP Functional Consultant to lead production planning solutions in SAP S/4HANA or ECC. You will design, configure, test, and deploy PP processes, including MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control, while coordinating with MM, SD, QM, PM, and WM/EWM teams.

The role requires strong manufacturing process knowledge, end-to-end implementation experience, and post-go-live support. Remote setup with potential client-facing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5–10 years hands-on SAP PP experience.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
• Strong business process knowledge in manufacturing and MRP.
• Experience in AMS Support and enhancements.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM).

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze PP and manufacturing requirements.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP PP solutions.
• Configure MRP, Demand Management, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.
• Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, and PM teams.
• Perform testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and support go-live.
• Prepare functional specs and end-user training.
• Support data migration, cutover, and upgrades.

Location Remote / Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Experience – 7 to 10 years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Functional Consultant with 5 to 10 years of hands‑on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Production Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong business process knowledge in manufacturing, production planning, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control, along with experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Production Planning and Manufacturing processes.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP PP solutions.
• Configure and support:

• Master Data Management
• Shop Floor Control

• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, and PM teams for cross-functional integrations.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
• Conduct end‑user training and prepare functional documentation.
• Support data migration, cutover, and system upgrade activities.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• SAP PP Certification is preferred.
• Experience in at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Experience in AMS Support and Enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
