Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis with SAP Asset Management expertise to drive complex initiatives. You will work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams on system architecture.

You will lead workstreams across procurement, finance, and operations, ensuring quality client services and successful project delivery. Travel up to 40–60% is expected in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4–6 years with SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing change effectively.
• Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen; assimilate new knowledge.
• Manage risk and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
• Build relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
