Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP Asset Management initiatives, evaluate business models, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

You will manage engagements, drive workshops, and ensure delivery quality while navigating a hybrid, national travel-heavy environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
4–6 years’ relevant experience with SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
Strong understanding of Asset Management principles and practices.
Experience managing an SAP project or workstream.
Knowledge of leading practices and industry-specific finance/technology functions.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
Participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Demonstrate deep technical capabilities with strong business acumen.
Deliver quality client services; monitor progress and manage risk.
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
Facilitate requirement gathering and design workshops; document specifications for gaps.
Assist testing cycles, deliver training prior to go-live, and provide post go-live support.
Stay current with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance releases.
