CTG is seeking a SAP PLM Consultant to design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA PLM solutions for a San Jose, CA client. The role focuses on translating business requirements into effective PLM designs and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
The position involves supporting solution design, configuration, testing, and integration activities, with a strong emphasis on delivering SAP PLM expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties:
Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PLM solutions.
Optimize product development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes through SAP S/4HANA PLM.
Support solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and integration activities.
Provide SAP PLM expertise and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4HANA PLM solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP PLM applications and product development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable SAP solutions.
Experience with SAP implementation, testing, and integration activities.
Strong client-facing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $156,000 to $208,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
