Role Description

This position is within our Consulting - Technology Consulting division, focusing on SAP Plant Maintenance and Asset Management (EAM). You will leverage SAP technology to enhance client operations, working across various SAP modules and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, managing processes and solutions effectively.
• Monitor project progress, ensure deliverables are met, and manage risks.
• Engage with clients during workshops, from planning through execution, including testing and training.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business understanding.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and support testing and go-live activities.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4-6 years of relevant SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of Asset Management principles and SAP project management.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Fiori, and SAP certifications.
• Background in manufacturing, utilities, or energy sectors.
• Experience with third-party tools related to SAP Asset Management.
