Role and Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of workstreams, managing processes and solutions effectively.
• Coordinate with clients during planning, execution, and closure of projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support testing and training phases.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities and industry best practices.
• Collaborate across multiple workstreams to deploy SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM experience
• Strong communication, technical, and analytical skills
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams
• Willingness to travel (40-60%)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Fiori, SAP certifications
• Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, energy, or mining
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules and third-party tools
