Role: Consulting - Technology Consulting – SAP Plant Maintenance – Asset Management – EAM – Manager

Our goal is to provide clients with unique insights on leveraging SAP technology to enhance their operations, rooted in EY’s SAP service capabilities including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors, aimed at improving performance and productivity.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will engage with business stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations. You will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure technology solutions meet business needs. You will also collaborate with technical teams on system architecture design and delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead workstream delivery, managing processes and solutions effectively.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, leading from planning through execution and closure.
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise and strong business understanding.
• Deliver quality client service, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and develop functional specifications.
• Support testing cycles, training, and post-go-live support.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities.
• Collaborate across workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong analytical skills for complex problem solving.
• Experience managing engagement economics and resources.
• Leadership experience and change management skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead RFP responses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/EAM experience.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Understanding of Asset Management principles.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Client relationship management experience.
• Background in technology analysis and implementation.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP certifications.
• Experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining, or energy sectors.
• Familiarity with additional SAP products and third-party tools.
