About the role

Location: Anywhere in Country
This role involves working with clients to leverage SAP technology for improving operational efficiency. You will interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze solutions, and collaborate with technical teams to design system architectures. Regular travel (40-60%) is expected.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead delivery of workstreams, manage processes and solutions.
2. Track project progress and ensure alignment with objectives.
3. Lead client sessions, from planning to execution and closure.
4. Demonstrate technical expertise and business understanding.
5. Ensure quality service, monitor risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
6. Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and support testing and training.
7. Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities.
8. Collaborate across various SAP modules and business functions.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• 4-6+ years experience with SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
• Willingness to travel (40-60%)

Preferred qualifications

• Client relationship management experience
• End-to-end SAP implementation experience
• SAP certifications
• Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, or energy sectors
