The Opportunity

As a Manager, you will lead technical initiatives, manage client relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver SAP Asset Management solutions. Your role involves evaluating business models, translating requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
2. Monitor project progress and stakeholder communication.
3. Engage with clients to gather requirements and lead design workshops.
4. Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• 4-6 years’ experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/EAM
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams
• Willingness to travel 40-60%

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Fiori, SAP certifications
• Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining, or energy sectors
