Job summary

Holistic Partners, Inc. seeks a hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance specialist with deep SAP PM expertise and real-world manufacturing maintenance experience in high-volume environments. The ideal candidate will understand how maintenance impacts uptime, reliability, and production performance.

The candidate should have automotive/OEM exposure and a track record of enabling reliable production through robust maintenance planning, work orders, and mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
• Experience in automotive or large-scale manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations: corrective, preventive, predictive, and emergency workflows.
• Experience configuring and supporting SAP PM modules: Work Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, Measuring Points, and Counters.
• Experience with mobile maintenance solutions (SAP Asset Manager or Work Manager).

Job description

The ideal candidate is a hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance professional who combines strong functional SAP expertise with real-world manufacturing maintenance experience. They have successfully supported or implemented SAP PM within a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive OEM or Tier 1, and understand how maintenance systems directly impact uptime, reliability, and production performance.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), ideally including SAP S/4HANA implementations or major enhancements.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing, large-scale industrial manufacturing, battery production, or highly automated production facilities.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, including:
• Corrective maintenance
• Preventive maintenance
• Predictive maintenance
• Emergency maintenance workflows
• Service order management
• Project-based maintenance activities
• Experience supporting a greenfield plant launch, new production facility, or major SAP deployment is highly desirable.
