Currently looking for an SAP Developer – Level 3 for the SAP PI team in IT. The SAP Developer – Level 3 is responsible for: participating in gathering requirements and leading, designing, and providing guidance on recommendations; advising on system options, risk, cost versus benefits, and impacts on business processes; ensuring all systems are in line with IT long‑term strategy; responsible for SAP solutions design and development that supports multiple enterprise applications and developing full life cycle business needs; analyzing architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end‑to‑end designs; coordinating, developing and participating in execution of test plans and leading end to end integration testing; participating in delivery of project and minor/major release; troubleshooting and leading the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents; ensuring solutions are in alignment with long term vision; providing guidance to other developers on identifying and implementing improvement opportunities that are in alignment with long‑term vision; translating between technical and business language, while appropriately adapting communication style and content to audience; providing technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members in multiple SAP technologies; providing technical guidance or business process expertise; maintaining a high level of technical competency regarding development and implementation tools, while staying abreast of new trends and future enhancements and leveraging best practices; understanding the development and architecture of PI and technical enterprise.
