We are seeking a passionate SAP PE Functional Consultant with expertise in Performance Testing and Database Tuning for a full-time, permanent role based in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills to optimize software performance across various business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define, develop, and execute performance and scalability benchmarks.
2. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using profiling tools.
3. Optimize database queries and JVM performance for enhanced efficiency.
4. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend tuning strategies.
5. Collaborate on architecture reviews to ensure system scalability.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of performance testing experience.
• Expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, Postman, SoapUI.
• Hands-on experience in SQL query optimization and database tuning.
• Proficiency in JVM tuning and performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics).
