Job summary

Cbase Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP S2P (Source-to-Pay) Solution Designer to design, implement, optimize, and support SAP P2P/S2P processes across MM, PP, APO, Ariba, OpenText, and related modules in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

You will map business requirements, blueprint processes, conduct gap analyses, configure solutions, and support end-to-end lifecycles from requirements through go-live and post-production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise-wide ERP applications, with strong SAP S2P/P2P experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in an SAP Source-to-Pay environment with solid SDLC and project methodology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP P2P/S2P functional expertise with hands-on configuration across SAP MM, IM, PP, APO, Ariba, OpenText.
• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end SAP S2P processes based on business requirements.
• Perform business process mapping, blueprinting, gap analysis, solution design, reengineering, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Support SAP P2P processes including Logistics Invoice Verification, Accounts Payable, procurement, inventory, subcontracting, and STO processes.
• Work extensively with MM/PP master data, including Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and Production Resources and Tools.
• Support integration between SAP P2P and other modules (FICO, SD, PP, PS, Inventory Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management).
• Develop and maintain functional specifications for ABAP/RICEF objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
• Participate in full SAP implementation lifecycles (requirements, configuration, specs, integration, testing, UAT, go-live, post-production support).
• Collaborate with business and IT teams across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, and system defects.
• Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, continuous improvements, and system optimization.
• Prepare and maintain business process documentation, diagrams, training materials, and functional docs.
• Support SAP audit requirements and controls documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, and system defects.

• Support SAP audit requirements and documentation related to controls and business processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise-wide ERP applications, with strong SAP S2P/P2P experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in an SAP Source-to-Pay environment with solid SDLC and project methodology knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM/P2P and related logistics processes.
• Experience with SAP APO, Subcontracting, and Stock Transport Order (STO) processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP P2P integration with FICO, SD, PP, and PS.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and OpenText is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams in enterprise environments.
