Job Title: SAP OTC Customer Service Functional Consultant

Location: Remote/WFH with travel to the San Jose area and potentially to Ann Arbor, MI.

Duration: 11 months+

Number of Positions: 2

Description:

  • Implementation Consultant for Order Management or Order to Cash (OTC) process in SAP Customer Service Operations.
  • Proficient in SAP OTC processes, including order management, invoicing, and customer account management.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to order fulfillment and billing.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or sales operations within an SAP environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
