Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Senior SAP SD Consultant for a on-site role in Memphis, TN. You will work with S/4 HANA OTC processes, configure SD objects, and drive ERP integrations with Salesforce, ARIBA and other non-SAP systems.

The position emphasizes end-to-end process support, data accuracy, and collaboration with ABAP/BASIS teams. You will participate in solution design, perform unit testing and UAT support, and contribute to AMS RCA/QRG activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a technical degree (B.Tech/B.E) or MBA/MCA.
• Self-starter with ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to deliver high quality software by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work in S/4 HANA SAP OTC process.
• Configuration and customization of SD objects – including master data, pricing, output and partner functions.
• Work on integration with Salesforce, proship, magento, ARIBA and non-SAP systems.
• Knowledge in EDI, IDOCs and interfaces.
• Good understanding of Standard pricing and pricing usage of Routines in pricing.
• Knowledge of intercompany, third-party dropship and standard SD processes.
• Support end-to-end process flows – ensuring data consistency and transaction accuracy.
• Participate in solution design, document functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams – ABAP, BASIS, Security, Integration teams.
• Prepare RCA and QRG for facilitating AMS support business.
• Conduct unit testing, and support UAT testing and prepare test scenarios.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot OTC-related issues and perform enhancements and process improvements.
• Help business team and end user to maintain master data.

• Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
