Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Solutions Architect focused on SAP to help customers migrate and optimize SAP landscapes on AWS. You will partner with enterprise teams to design scalable SAP architectures, including S/4HANA and SAP HANA, leveraging EC2, S3, and EBS services for high availability and performance.

The role requires deep SAP domain knowledge, cloud design experience, and strong customer-facing skills to articulate value and guide migrations across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications and SAP systems.
• Experience with cloud architecture and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to migrate on-prem SAP landscapes to the cloud.
• Design and deliver innovative SAP solutions on AWS.
• Lead customer-facing workshops and architecture reviews.
• Size and model SAP technology components (OS, DB, data warehouses).
• Define current/target/transition SAP architectures for customers.
• Explain AWS value for backups, tuning, and disaster recovery.
• Create technical content for customers (whitepapers, blogs, videos).
• Respond to proposals (RFP/RFI/RFx).
